The Penobscot County Sheriff’s Department and the Bangor Police Department will host a prescription take-back event on site. Please bring any unused prescriptions you wish to safely dispose of.
Your entrance fee will help pay for treatment for uninsured clients.
Its basic purpose is to provide a place where people can support each other, embrace recovery and reduce the stigma of participating in medication-assisted recovery.
The meetings last an hour or so, and no one has to stay for the full time. Drop in, and chat or listen — whatever is needed at that moment for you.
